Mohajerani Lab

Mohajerani Lab is a neuroscience research group currently based at the Douglas Research Centre. The Lab conducts a wide array of mouse-based neuroscience research, focusing mainly on how brain circuits drive behavior, memory, and disease processes.

I designed the lab’s official logo and worked closely with the team to develop visual communication materials for both academic and internal use. My contributions included assisting with 3D scanning and creating custom 3D-printed components for experimental setups involving mice.

Tailtag is a lightweight, tail-mounted marker designed for non-invasive identification and tracking of mice in behavioral research.
Based on this published research paper, I recreated the 3D model using Blender. The design was prepared for high-resolution resin printing, with careful attention to scale, fit, and marker accuracy.

In addition to scientific posters and presentations, I also designed visual materials for cultural and community events within the lab, such as a Nowrooz (Persian New Year) poster.
